Nutra Planet = NP. They package some of their own stuff. A kilo of their BCAAs is 34.95 and a half kilo is 19.95. That's in powder form by the way...which is the cheapest form. Taking several grams of anything in pill form sucks because of the size/quantity of pills. BCAAs in a powder form taste like ass.

Some people take BCAAs before and after. I just take about 7-10g in my pwo shake. And if it was a very, very hard workout then I'll mix some up and sip on it the next morning. Occasionally I'll had some to my pre workout drink.
