Before everyone starts going, oooh, so much volume, look at the total reps and consider that Anuj's best MP so far is around 160. It's only around 16 "working" reps. The beauty of it is that almost half of them are in the 90% or over range. If Anuj had listed "5x3" nobody would likely have noticed
