try sitting straight up and pressing your hands together in front of your chest. it should look kinda like you are praying. hold it for about 30 secs. it works for developing the inner pecs.

just becuase your chest is "pitted" dosent mean it is genetics or that its going to stay that way. my chest was the same way until i started to doing that workout and flys in my workouts.
