thanks widdoes, im hoping ill be alright for my max testing on the 27th, but we'll see. today was speed day.

jumprope: 5 minutes
stairs: 9 sets of 2 flights
lateral hops: 2 sets of about 40 yards
footfire drill: 5x of 20 seconds.
tredmill: 15 minutes at 3mph (just to waste some time)
