All that matters for right now is that you have enough weight in dumbells. Between that, and the cable, and bodyweight movements you should be able to do, you can construct a fullbody routine. You just want to think of compound multijoint movements. Anything you can do with a barbell you can do a version of it with dumbells. Squats, deadlifts, single leg squat versions, power lifts (olympic type lifts), rows, presses, all sorts of stuff with the cable machine...necessity is the mother of invention .
