Personally, I'll predominantly use fitday.com.. BUT, I like thedietplate for their information on all brand name foods that fitday doesn't have. For example, last night I had a 12oz outback special with veggies on the side. I had no idea what the content was until I saw this thread and checked that site out..

Incidentally, it's 50 grams fat, 90 protein which I'm happy about since there's no carbs lol. Additionally, my chicken info from fitday was really undershot. I use Costco's value pack chicken breasts from Foster Farms.. Those breasts are 50 grams of protein per breast! Good to know since tonight I have to ditch a breast.. Grrr!
