yeah do them with light weight, and add a little bit of a squat to it. make it a squat goodmorning and work your way up. it puts a litle more stress on the glutes but it still hits your hams. start of with som elight dumbells. dont know what you can lift but start off with some 30s i guess. open your stance up a little to around shoulder width. you are still doing it like a SLDL but you are bending your knees and exaggerating sticking out your butt (no homo). you can look it up on youtube to get some clips. but it is just about the same thing with a little bit of tweaks
