If you eat the same number of calories, but change your macro nutrient breakdown, then you'll put on some muscle...assuming your calories are high enough already. It's all about the protein. You need lots of other calories too, but you won't grow without the protein. Make sure you have protein at EVERY MEAL.

Here is a little inspiration for you: Everyone else on this forum has to put up with the same stuff and make the same sacrifices. I go from 9:00am till 9:00pm with only a 30 minute break lots of days, but my diet is still decent. Think ahead. Cook the 2-3 meals that you'll eat at work the night before..or the morning before. Or bring stuff with you that you can eat without cooking.

Have you read the "How to bulk" sticky in the nutrition forum yet? Read it. You might consider keeping your diet more static. I'm not impressed with the workout routine either...you're neglecting your back and your legs. Have you thought about switching to a proven program such as Rippetoe's Starting Strength? It's three days a week and you'll have better results than with the routine you posted.
