Eggs
Wow guys thats a whole lot of Eggs .
Do you mainly just scramble them ? to make them edable .
Over the last few days I have been really looking at my food intake trying very hard to get the protein in but its seems really hard to do as If I bring the amount of meat and food intake up in trying to get 150g protien in per day from the food that I would need to consume to do it I would become double the size outwards but not the size I would want !! as I put on weight very easily , its hard to keep the cals down with the amount of food that I would need to consume to obtain the 150g protien per day from it .
any tips would be great
