switch up your routine for a few weeks. in order to make progress you have to do things your muscles dont normally do. i may not have worded that the right way and some people may be able to explain it better. but lets just say you been doing 5x5 workout for a few months. lower the weights and switch it up to 3x10 or 5x10. or you can do a pyramid workout for a few weeks. you know start off light then work your way up to heavy as possible.
subtract some aux excersices and add some new ones. there is plenty you can do
