Default Leg volume question

what up. been getting back into the thick of things slowely but surely, but havent posted any of my workouts because i am still trying some things so my workouts arent exactly set in stone just yet.


first what is everybodies thoughts on squating and doing deads in the same day. mind you even though my squatting is shitty my deads are 10 times worst. if i were to do a 5x5 depending on the day i can do 315 maybe more but ill wait a litlte before i try it and i can do 10x10 at 245. my deads i have no idea. but they are horrible and i have not tried to actually see how high i can go so i cannot give a good estimate of what i can do. but i also get in a few sets of of cleaning wieght into a military press. i dont say jerk because i dont jerk it. i just pick up the wieght clean it and press. i go one day light with 135 and the next day heavier and it fluctuates between 185 and 205.



so i guess my question is this. how much work on my legs is to much. my benching is than my squat and without even doing to much work to it. im pretty sure i cant do 10x10 of 245 but i may be able to push 315 more times than i can squat it. an di know i can do 365 5x5 on the bench, but im not to sure with the squat.

i can military press more than i can deadlift. which sucks big time. now its not because my lack of wanting to do legs, but as everyone who might read this knows me the reactive arthritis thing took me back big time and even before that i really didnt have a gym for years.


so i know with whatever i do my bench and shoulders will always keep going up because of doing pushups and other things they can handle the volume and i always see progress when im in the gym consistantly.


im trying to get my tree trunks back and i want my back strength back.


so would it be to much to to deads and squats on the same day twice a week? also at least 3 days a week i will be cleaning and pressing. i like the full body workout it gives me. and i always do them at the end of my workouts. also i am have been running stairs everyday and i plan on doing so for a while. gives my legs a great burn and i feel like thta is ten times better than getting on a treadmill.
