ok. well whne it comes to volume i have just always done alot of volume no matter what i did so i just got used to that, and i always seen results from it thats why i stuck to it. before i got ot this website whenever i was in the gym i never did a 5x5. and when i finally did it i didnt feel worn out when i was done so i didnt stick to it that long.


and i just want to get my strength back in my legs and back. thats the goal in general. i have a few other goals but people have answered those questions for me already so im good with those.


the reactive arthritis doesnt hurt me any more. it just knocked me back a WHOLE lot. it knocked me back so much i sort have just got stuck and didnt know what to do. i will also be honest and say that it is a mental thing to. i remember the vloume i could have done years ago and what i can do now and then i just feel lost on not knowing what to do to work my way up. so i can load the bar. i just havent done so because i actually didnt know where to place deads in my workout. because like i said i used to do squats and deads on the same day but that was due to a lot of work and with me always doing a lot of volume. the only things i cant really do is snatch and clean into the squat position. overhead squats or lifting into a split.(like jerking)


well i just typed a bunch of stuff but i see what you guys are saying. the best thing for me to do is just load the bar and lift. i just have a tendancy to overthink things and make stuff way harder than what it is. what i will do is squat one day then do deads the next. im gonna put a workout together and start a journal on monday.
