I think you don't get nearly enough protein. As far as losing weight goes, it's not bad. But you'll have a hard time putting on any muscle with such a lot protein intake. Be careful with granola bars. Most contain lots of high fructose corn syrup although some bars (ex kashi) are great. Try to take in some protein at EVERY meal.
