Thanks guys.

As far as the workout goes, it usually takes me about 30min to complete. I take about 1 min rest in between sets.
If I cut out the flyes and one of the curls I would need even less time. I somewhat have the feeling I am not doing enought.

In comparison, how long does your workout take.
