Let me say this again: To me it doesn't matter what you MEANT. Deweighting and deloading are not the same. Period. It's not a "whatever" situation. That is what I was clearing up. You still seem to be mixed up thinking that anytime you don't put down a weight you are using "momentum". It has nothing much to do with it. It's just a TIME thing. Deweighting the bar on the floor just mean you'll need less ENDURANCE.

Momentum we know is not really the right word but here we are talking about an elastic spring response of the muscles and not a cheating movement. The pont being when you try other stuff you don't always have to put it one the floor and with rows variety is best. Don't get me wrong, Pity, you do a good job on rows.
