Oh give me a break. I just asked you to backup a statement is all. It isn't personal. I'll be happy to stay completely out of the journals if people are going to be sensitive about it.

The only reason I responded again was the whole deload/deweighting and "letting go of the bar" making it sound like it's a meaningless distinction. Listen, if someone wanted me to back up things I say, all they have to do is ask. It's not my fault if they don't.
