clean/front squat - 90 x 5, 100, 2 x 5
bench - 160, 3 x 5
db row - 50's, 3 x 7
dips - bw, 2 x 20
crunches 2 x 30.
always wanted to try the clean....not sure how important the "jump" is...but...i didn't do it because it just felt...weird. and after the dan john video...i wanted to try the front squat again...two birds...one stone. tough lift though...tired me out.
pr on dips
gonna change to 4 days a week...not sure if i'm going to do...mon/tues on...wed off...thurs/fri on...weekend off. or...mon...on..tues...of...wed...on...thurs...off. .friday..on..sat..off..sunday...on...mon/tues off. just do the same routine twice...one heavy...one not as heavy...with a few exceptions...had to work out today so i could make time for grandma tomorrow...because...there are no short visits
one thing that bothered me with the 3 days a week was...progression might stall because you get to do some things twice a week...and some things once...so...why not do them each twice. and then progress.
