Stress Day

Think I need to deload, squats felt like a ton, I did better than friday but still missed reps all over the place.On my 2nd set my chest caved so I stopped there and tried the same weight off a box.My form is better off a box sometimes.I am not surprised tho yetserday my joints were still a bit achey,not bad achey, just sort of dont Fucking squat heavy achey!!! LOL It still amazes me how quickly all of a sudden things can get so heavy and I miss reps cos last monday I did 107.5kg and smoked it for 3x5!! Gay.Bench was good had a bit of a tough time maintaining my arch cos I think I tweaked my back a little doing squats but I got my reps no dramas.Chins were sweet too made 5x5 again.

Stress Day
Squats 1x5,3,2,1 108.5kg
Bench 4x6 76kg
Chin 5x5 BW+7.75kg
JM Press 2x6 42.5kg

Was gonna do some high rep pull thrus and core stuff but I was late for an appointment!!
