I compete, so my training and diet regimes are pretty strict. as a general overview, I usually lift 4 days a week (sometimes 3 or sometimes 5, depending on if I'm prepping for a show or not) upper/lower splits. Cardio anywhere from 2-4 days a week (again, depending on my season) and it's usually pretty short. I try not to go over 20 minutes of cardio a day.
The basis of my diet.. Protein with every meal (of course), 6 meals a day, P/C for 2-3 meals, P/F for 3-4 meals.
So much of what I do depends on where I am in my seasons
