Nah...it takes about 15 years of being chronically pissed off the come to that realization . And everyone has their moments. But to me it's about control. If you continue to react emotionally and negatively to some insignficant factor....who is in control? You or they? Trust me I didn't come to any of this ZEN stuff overnight.
