well i did some reading on it and i know it wont help with overall strength. i know if you want to lift more you have to do just that. and 20 reppers get you good at 20 reps.
but through the reading i have done with it I have never read about going 10 seconds per rep.
so i wanted to see if other people read of it going that way and or if they actually did take 10 seconds per rep
