Need Help!!! Can't lift weights!!!!!!
I dont follow a specific diet rather just eat healthy.
Fruit/Yogurt or Cereal in the morning
Salad with Chicken for lunch
Brown rice with Veggies with Chicken or Salmon for dinner.
Snack of nuts/berries or protein bars.
Never needed to follow a diet while I was able to work out since I did such intensive lifting.
NOT HAPPY not being able to lift weights!!!!
