What you're going to have to do is to find your maintenance calories. After you have done that, keep track of your calories using fitday.com. If you read the stickies in the fatloss forum, that will help a lot. Most of your food choices are good. Just be careful with the protein bars...they typically have a lot of high GI carbs.
