Yeah, that would be best. It's easier to dose in pill form. So going to the doctor and getting a script would be advantageous. It's a good idea to get blood work done before and after your cycle. The body is complex...there are a LOT of different things that can become unbalanced during your cycle.
My friends don't have a hard time dosing the nolva correctly for their rats. They always use oral syringes from the pharmacy. The Tamoxifen Citrate from Innovative Research has already been converted so that 1ml = 20mg of Nolvadex. It's very legit from what I hear.
