squatting advice please
just a quick one, yesterday did my squats, (3 warm up sets light weight then 3x5reps at heavier weight) and my legs are feeling bit sore when i have to bend down. Just wondered what the best advice was for cooling down or stretching after a squat workout to mimimize this. I have been told that there is no point in riding a bike or something for a few mins to cool down. Just wondered what the general concensous was for this as with the program i have now i squat 3 times a week and would obviously like to keep stiff legs to a miminum!
