bulgarian squats: 70, 3 x 5
bench: 165, 3 x 5
rows: 110, 3 x 5
rdl's: 110, 2 x 6
dips: bw, 2 x 15
had to work third last night...got a whole one hour of sleep...but i did eat alot...did not think i would make any of these lifts today...but...hit 'em all. also weighed in at 154.4 on wednesday...3 pounds in two weeks. i hope this 3 nights of working third doesn't F things up.
time for bed.
