tightened up on my squat form today have been really concentrating on feet position and having the bar placed correctly. found that once i had it placed sligthly lower down on my rear delts and went into the squat with the bar at around collar bone height that i found this easier today. also with my bench am watching my hand position trying to turn it in slightly and also to keep my shoulder blades pinched together with head just slightly off the bench.
going to take the weekend off then i can start the workout A and B routine switch from monday. Gives me something to look forward to mondays for :-)
