I agree that some static stretching (light) after is the best bet for immediately post workout. Some light activity on off days can help soreness a good bit and in future you may find that some light squats will make mild soreness dissapear completely if done in between heavier squatting sessions. But this is mostly a "getting used to it" thing and it will go away for the most part. Unless you change things up a little, but the soreness should not be as bad as in the beginning.
