I know a lot of people tend to gravitate to the largest, strongest person in the gym and ask for advice. However, what works for one person may not necessarily be the best option for another. This means advice about training, diet, supplementation, etc. should be tailored to the individual in order to help them out.
This site is absolutely fantastic for this and there are a lot of people here with a lot of experience so please when you ask for advice do not try to come off as too cocky. Remember, for the average person working out, they get bigger not necessarily because of their training but often in spite of it.
Good luck on meeting your goals and please do not get caught up with the "6 reps is where mass building begins..."
