Well ive been thinking about my upper/lower split for a few days now and today i said fuck it and decided to do a upper body workout..i know i know i only been on the 5x5 workout for 2 wks but i dont know i just miss my upper/lower split,i made good gains in size and strength in the past,so here is now it went down...
Upper Body workout #1
Bench-95x10,115x8,135x5,165x3,185x2(warm ups)
Work Set-205x6,4,4
Pendlay Row-135x6x3(EASY)
Push Press-135x6,5,5
Power Shrugs-225x6,6,10
CG Bench-135x6,155x6,165x6,6
BB Curl-105x4,95x6,6
AWSOME WORKOUT...
Def gonna go back to doing this split again...
