Oh yea fish oil and twice a day, one in the morning, once at night I do the daily needed vitamans...and my in take of calories atm is about 2200-2400, umm, I think usally 120-160 carbs, usally everyday at least 250 grams of protein, 40 grams of fat and 40 grams of fiber....so I think I have everything ok, but I just need to stick with this and follow it through.

Squat over 400, bench 300, Deadlift 350 (in which I doubt I will be able to do) but I shall PUSH myself!
