I'd like to try the nano vapor product. Would I take that instead of a pre-workout drink or would I take the nano vapor in addition to my pre-workout drink which consists of:

Whey
BCAA
Taurine
Glutamine
Rhodiola Rosea
Citrulline Malate
Water & Grape juice
Dextrose & Maltodextrose
