I do exactly the same.
Every morning I grill up about 100 grams of protein (chicken steak or pork) which I bring to work in styrofoam takeout containers that I bought in a bulk store. I Eat it in three portions. The rest of my intake comes in the form of snacking on protein bars, tuna packs, and I usually keep a package of cold cuts (turkey or ham) in the frige at all times. I try to consume 150 grams or more in the 9 or so hours im at work by eating about every 2 hours.
