well actually working on traps and all that leads to you geting a bigger neck, but if you want something specific some gyms have an actual neck machine you can use. if not you can go to atp straps or another site and get a neck harness. you get it an dit goes around your head and you starp some weight on to it and go to work.
if you were to get it, dont go crazy with putting heavy weight on there. its not needed an dyou dont want to mess up your spine. you can get some light weight and do it for a good amount of reps. when i was using mine for a littl ebit i was gonna do it 3 times a wekk, but eric advised that would be a good thing. so do it twice a week and get like 2 or 3 sets front and back an dyou should be cool. if you need the link to apt straps let me know and ill post it
