Yeah that sounds pretty damn advanced. I couldn't do that. I've never seen it or read about it being done but I guess if you have that kind of strength base and control it would be a next step. But I was talking about just one position at a time. I've never done it except from behind and the front. I can't do the front of the floor...that is much harder. I do that against a wall. And then the back I can do on the floor. But I don't do it except about twice a month at most.

I think it's the kind of thing your neck needs anyway. I mean, you don't go around lifting weights with your neck so why would you move weights with it in that way? But I have done thing where I'm "lifting" a weight except my neck is tight and it's the body moving up and down...just so the weight can be deloaded between "reps".

I don't do any of this a lot though...because of the aforementioned injury I have to take it very slow.
