stretch your ass of to. that helps and if you can see if there is like a little massage school aruond your area or something. that will help with recovery and it feels great. if you go to a massage school there rates are cheaper..........around 35 dollars for an hour. getting a massage feels great when your sore. we can be totally different but it feels great when i get it done. just a little thought to help
