some things that i have found useful at work are
1) natural yoghurt mixed up with whey protein you can add different flavours so its always different
2) i tend to make up my tuna with beans and then a sauce and have it in a pita bread if you change the sauce you change the taste of the tune
3) i will sometimes mash up my eggs and mix with little salad cream or mayonaise but if you want an extra protein kick and some healthy fats i now go for ricotta cheese with it it tastes so good but is also good for you
4) i will cook up a load of chicken breasts and marinate them in different sauces over night in the fridge that way you dont get so bored of the taste of chicken and your not adding loads of crap either, i slice it all up and then just bought a toaster for my desk at work and toast up a pita bread and put it in there.
5) i have a range of different whey protein shakes that just mean i can take in different flavours on different days so its a bit different.
6) like IK said i also make up my meals at night (e.g. chilli, spag bol) in extra big pots so taht way i can just freeze them into portions and then just need a mircowave to heat them up in
7) jacket potatoes are great to give things a different taste as well - be it egg, chicken, prawns, fish or anything else if you alternate bread, jacket potato (again just 15-20 mins in a mircowave and its cooked) or anything like that just adds variety to something that might otherwise get boring.

Just thought i would share for a change as i have had to do so much experimenting with my diet recently, hope some of that helps.

P.S monsta at least she thought it was the chic next to her and not you that made the smell ;-) that would have been embarrasing lol
