I agree with the insufficient evidence part, especially since its a new supplement. Everything that I've read is anecdotal, and my first hand experience certainly shows that it does yield results. It'll be fun to see the studies that back up everyone's views on this particular supplement.

I've been taking it solo w/ my BCAA's preworkout for a while now and really felt the difference. For anyone who doesn't care to read the studies, it's dirt cheap to try so why not lol?
