She will be 40 this year and she is in great shape (5'2" 105 lbs.). She does a lot of treadmill, little weights and is about to join a spin class.
I know whey is animal (milk) protein and is great for men..just thought that maybe a soy (plant) protein would be better for her being estrogen based.
The Isopure call for 2 scoops per 12oz. Maybe I'll give her 1 scoop with each meal and see if it helps over time.
