hit chiro after work....lower back did the pop pop pop. came home...iced it. did the warmup routine from monsta's thread...and hit the max bench....had the girl over to spot me.
not doing any direct lower back work this week...thing has been nagging me for awhile....gonna ice the shit out of it this week...probably take some ibuprofen...no military press either...maybe some single leg squats...just don't wanna put any sort of pressure <back there>....
man i was super pissed after i missed 215 the first time.
