No one ever has any scientific statements to back all this up. But the water crowd sure does get pissed about it.

There's been maybe 4 threads on this but this one has all the stuff I've posted before. I'm not saying don't drink plenty of fluids but the copious recommendations that are popular not are just ridiculous.
I know I'm not going to change any water worshippers minds but I do likes to have actual info rather than just accepted dogma
The pee thing is meaningless. I can take a vitamin B complex and turn my pee yellow. It doesn't mean I'm dehydrated.
There is info in that thread on the caffeinated beverages thing as well.
But anyway, I don't want to start a water war, I just wanted some back up.
