I agree vex, tuna is a great source of protein and with the invent of the new packets for tuna, it's made it very convenient. I'll have a packet of tuna and a packet of mayo, squirt the mayo in there, mix it up, and eat! How easy is that!

I think about the only problem (and the jury is still out on this) is the alleged high mercury levels in fish. This has kinda scared me to cut back on the consumption of tuna. But, I don't know if this is just one of those scare tactics brought about by our beloved media.

I still have about 4-6 serv. per week of this stuff, and I haven't had problems just yet.

Good post vex, I know the vets know about tuna's nutritional profile, but there's alway new people reading the boards, that are new to bodybuilding also and can benefit from this info. Thank you vex!
