Hard boiled eggs, protein shakes/bars, leftover chicken/steak, and tuna pouches are a must. All are quick and easy protein solutions. I have also found pre-cooked Italian style turkey meatballs in the refrigerated meat section of the grocery store that are not bad for a quick snack.
