played around with some military/push presses today to see where my middle ground is. i say push presses because when it gets heavier i use my legs a little to push it up

OH shrugs. started with 145x10 but i didnt think my form was correct while doing it so i knocked it down to 95x10 of 2 sets
upright rows. 3x10@95. wanted to do it with a litter weight because i want to keep my form right, and chinpeice dave said they will help with my cleans so i wanted to focuse on them real tough with oout moving
pedley rows. 5x5@ 225 and a rep out at 145x20
curls 3x10@100---- I hate curls.

I did a few other things but nothing worth typing. my hip doesnt hurt but it just feels weird. i may just try light weight squats tomorrow to see if it helps but if not ill lay off for a while afterwards.
so far today i drank a myoplex protein shake after the workout
3 chicken breast abotu a half a cucumber
a bowls of basic 4 cereal 6 eggs with cheese, 2 packs of peanutes. im getting ready to eat again but i know i shoul dbe eating a little more.
