No, no competitions in my future. Maybe if I stick with this for several years I'll check out some over "55" deal. My wife would be LOLing so hard she'd be DOA IF SHE HEARD THAT!! Just want to be the best I can be for the rest of my life. Be able to really enjoy it.

This morning, did'nt feel like it , but put in a leg day. Did:
Squats--3x6 (205) (could've got 1-2 more/but work alone)
Stiff Leg Deads--3x7 (165) (my grip gives out before failure)
Seated Calf Raises--3x14 (90) (lowered the weight/upped the reps)
Good enough for a leg day, or should I be doing more exercises?
I was doing Ham Leg Curls and Leg Extensions as heavy as I could for about 8 reps too.

Hey, MONSTAFACE, my fridge is kinda bare, wish I could run down to Gino & Joe's or Pat's and grab me a sandwich!!
