I've been doing a 4 or 5 day workout week.
1 Chest
2 Back/Biceps
3 Legs
4 Shoulders/Triceps
5 Arms, if I didn'tget them on days 2&3
I'm seeing good gains right now. As soon as the progress stops I will check out the routines talked about on this forum ie: 3x5, 5x5
For now where should I do Deadlifts, Back or Leg day?
