I need to add this back in to my regular suppliments and give it a few months for my own testing purposes. I've used it in short bursts, a month or so at a time, and it seems to help muscular endurance, but I'd like to know what long term usage for me would do.
I wont comment on the study shit in this thread, I believe there is another about just that.
