TALO, when he said "tight" i presume (from the rest of all of his posts) that he is a newbie and he probably tightens it to the entent of which its almost suffocating. when i say it should be loose, i mean it just like any other tom dick and harry powerlifting/strongman would: tight enough for you to gulp in a huge breath of air and hold it.
