DE Day
So I fucked up my weight for squats and did 2 sets of 2 with 70kg before I realised I should have been doing 60kg!!

So I backed down and did the last 8 sets with 60kg.I will get a vid up too, I want yall to check my speed, I feel slow.I also need a better box it is awkward with the plates on top of the cooler they come loose and move sometimes, Not good! On to RDLs, I like these, I have no idea if Im doing them right but they feel good! also got vids so Eric can flame me if need be!! DE bench next and that was cool I need to work on my setup a bit still but its slowly coming.After all that some tri extensions and abs.
