Yeah man, no rush. I'm googling some stuff as well.

So no BBQ sauce? awwww why =[

the yogurt isn't plain and it has ~20ish grams of sugar per serving. I'm pretty sure that's it, I don't have any in the fridge right now.

Bad?

And isn't cheese almost like whole milk which is good? Or is it bad fat that adds to my belly?

so.. MORE RED MEAT? BEEF

I'm reading all the nutrition stickies right now, as well as rippetoe's book. Gah so much to read today!
